Terms and Conditions

Global Poker

These site terms set the ground rules for using Global Poker’s website, your player account, the games (including poker and other casino-style games), promotions, and any related services offered through the platform.

By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any Global Poker services, you’re agreeing to follow these conditions of use. If you don’t agree, don’t register or continue using the platform.

This page is meant to be readable. It explains what you can expect from Global Poker, what Global Poker expects from you, and how common issues like verification, promotions, errors, and account restrictions are handled.

Who can use Global Poker (and who can’t)

Global Poker is intended for adults only. You must be at least the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to register and play.

It’s your responsibility to make sure that online gambling or sweepstakes-style gameplay is lawful where you’re located, and that you’re allowed to participate based on local rules. The operator may restrict or block access in certain states, regions, or locations at any time, including where rules or operational requirements change.

Access may also be limited where Global Poker cannot reasonably offer services, process redemptions, or complete required checks.

Setting up an account the right way

Account registration is for personal use. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information, and to keep it updated if anything changes (such as your email address, physical address, or payment details).

A few important account rules apply:

  • Register in your own legal name.
  • Keep your information truthful and consistent.
  • Maintain only the number of accounts permitted by the operator (multiple accounts may be restricted or not allowed).
  • Don’t open an account for someone else, and don’t allow someone else to open an account for you.

Global Poker may place limits on accounts, features, purchases, promotions, or redemptions until required details are confirmed.

Identity checks and verification (what you may be asked for)

To protect the platform and comply with internal controls, Global Poker may request verification at any time. This can happen during registration, before a promotion is credited, before a redemption is approved, or when account activity needs review.

Verification requests may include documents or information used to confirm:

  • identity and age,
  • address or location,
  • payment method ownership,
  • eligibility for promotions, Sweeps Coins redemptions, or account features.

If verification cannot be completed, Global Poker may limit gameplay features, delay transactions, or close the account where necessary.

Your account, your responsibility

You’re responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity that happens through your account, whether or not you personally authorized it.

Accounts are personal and cannot be shared, transferred, sold, or used by anyone else. That includes “letting a friend play,” using someone else’s payment method without permission, or playing on behalf of another person.

If you believe someone accessed your account without authorization, contact support as soon as possible and change your password right away.

Purchases, redemptions, and account balances

Global Poker operates using promotional currencies, including Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Gold Coins are used for social-style play, while Sweeps Coins may be eligible for prize redemptions under the sweepstakes rules and any applicable requirements.

Payment methods, processing times, limits, and availability can vary based on factors like location, verification status, bank approval, and third-party processing requirements. Even when a method is listed as supported, it may not be available for every player at every moment.

Redemption requests may be reviewed before approval. Global Poker may apply reasonable checks to confirm eligibility, ownership of payment details, and compliance with platform rules before processing a transaction. Where a review is required, processing may take longer than usual.

If you notice a balance issue, don’t rely on a display error as final. Contact support so the account can be reviewed.

Bonus terms: promotions come with extra rules

Promotions, bonus packages, free entries, free coins, and similar offers can include additional bonus terms that apply on top of these service terms. Always check the specific promotional rules shown on the offer itself before opting in or completing a qualifying action.

Depending on the promotion, common conditions may include:

  • eligibility rules (including location and account status),
  • verification requirements before crediting,
  • 1x playthrough requirements for Sweeps Coins before redemption eligibility (and, in some cases, a higher playthrough requirement may apply at the operator’s discretion),
  • time limits and expiration rules (including Sweeps Coins expiration tied to account inactivity),
  • game or format restrictions (for example, certain promos applying only to select poker formats or tournament types),
  • maximum redemption limits or conversion rules where stated.

Global Poker may change, pause, or end promotions, and may refuse promotional eligibility where it reasonably believes the offer is being misused.

Game access and site availability can change

Global Poker aims to provide consistent access to games and account features, but uninterrupted service isn’t promised. Availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, traffic levels, device compatibility, internet connection quality, location-based restrictions, or technical faults.

Some games, promotions, or features may be added, removed, suspended, or limited over time. This can include changes to poker formats, tournaments, promotional mechanics, or third-party game catalogs.

Fair play rules (and what isn’t allowed)

Using the platform means playing fairly and using the services for their intended purpose. Activities that may lead to restrictions include, but aren’t limited to:

  • providing false, misleading, or inconsistent account information,
  • fraud, attempted fraud, or use of stolen payment details,
  • chargeback abuse or attempting to reverse valid transactions improperly,
  • collusion or coordinated play meant to gain an unfair advantage in poker games,
  • bonus abuse (including behavior intended to exploit promotions rather than play normally),
  • attempting to manipulate game systems, results, or promotional mechanics,
  • using bots, scripts, automation tools, or unauthorized software,
  • allowing someone else to access or use your account.

Global Poker may investigate patterns that indicate unfair play or platform misuse, including unusual gameplay, suspicious transaction behavior, or activity linked across multiple accounts.

When Global Poker can restrict, suspend, or close an account

To protect players and the integrity of the platform, the operator may take reasonable actions when it believes the rules have been broken or when required checks are incomplete. Those actions can include refusing service, limiting features, suspending promotions, pausing redemptions for review, freezing balances during an investigation, or closing an account.

These steps may occur when:

  • verification hasn’t been completed when requested,
  • the platform detects suspected fraud, collusion, or prohibited automation,
  • promotions appear to be misused,
  • required eligibility conditions are not met (including location-based restrictions),
  • the account is linked to activity that breaches platform rules.

Where appropriate, Global Poker may also reverse promotional credits or adjust balances that were granted due to misuse or error.

Mistakes, game malfunctions, and technical problems

From time to time, errors can happen - including display issues, incorrect balances, pricing mistakes, bonus crediting problems, or interrupted sessions. Games may also malfunction due to software faults, device issues, or connectivity problems.

When an obvious mistake or technical issue occurs, Global Poker reserves the right to correct it and to address the outcome in a reasonable way. That may include adjusting balances, voiding affected results, or reapplying the correct promotional terms when feasible.

If you believe a game or promotion didn’t work as shown, stop play on that feature and reach out to support with details (time, game type, and what you observed).

Responsible gaming and player protection

Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a way to make money. Only play with money you can afford to lose, and take breaks when needed.

Global Poker may offer responsible gaming tools or account-based restrictions. If you want to limit access, reduce play, or request a time-out, check the responsible play resources on the site, or contact support for help. You can also visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance and options.

Intellectual property and permitted use of site content

The site’s design, branding, text, graphics, and software elements belong to Global Poker or its licensors. You’re allowed to use the platform for personal entertainment, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.

You also agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass the platform’s technical protections.

Third-party providers and linked services

Some parts of the service rely on third parties, including game studios, payment processors, identity verification tools, and technical hosting services. These external providers may have their own operational limits, and their services can sometimes be interrupted or changed.

Global Poker isn’t responsible for the independent actions or outages of third-party providers, but it may work with them to investigate issues that affect gameplay, purchases, or redemptions.

Limits on liability (written in plain language)

Global Poker isn’t liable for losses or damages caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control or by misuse of the service. This can include:

  • internet or device problems on your end,
  • interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues,
  • third-party failures (such as payment network outages),
  • unsupported devices, outdated software, or browser incompatibility,
  • force majeure events (for example, major service disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control),
  • mistakes caused by incorrect information you provided.

Nothing in these site terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

No guarantees about uninterrupted service

Global Poker provides the website, games, and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. That means the platform can’t promise constant availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will always work perfectly on every device or in every location.

Updates to these service terms

Global Poker may update these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, operational practices, legal requirements, or platform features.

The most current version posted on the website applies from the date it’s published, unless a different effective date is stated. Checking this page occasionally is the best way to stay informed about updates.

Other policies you may need to review

These platform rules work alongside other Global Poker policies and notices that explain specific topics in more detail. Depending on how you use the service, you may also want to review:

  • our Privacy Policy ,
  • cookie-related notices where shown,
  • promotion-specific rules and bonus terms,
  • identity and payment verification requirements (sometimes described as KYC or AML-related checks),
  • sweepstakes rules tied to Sweeps Coins eligibility and prize redemptions.

Where a promotion or feature has its own rules, those specific rules may apply in addition to these general terms.

Contacting Global Poker about these rules

Questions about these terms, your account, verification, promotions, or transactions should be directed to official support channels. You can contact the support team by email at support@globalpoker.us.com.

These conditions of use are here to set clear expectations for gameplay, account access, and promotions, while protecting the integrity of the platform. Continuing to use Global Poker after any updates means you accept the current version of these terms.
